Usuario final es un comprador que ha adquirido Productos de Red Hat para su propio uso personal o interno y sin el derecho de revender, recomercializar o de otro modo revender Productos de Red Hat. El Socio no modificará ni otorgará ninguna xxxxxxxx en virtud del Contrato de Empresa.

  • El Socio exigirá a cada Usuario final que firme o de alguna otra forma acepte (de algún modo aceptable para Red Hat) el acuerdo correspondiente estipulado en xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx, según se actualiza periódicamente por Red Hat (“Contrato empresarial”), como condición para la distribución de Productos de Red Hat para tal Usuario final.

  • Cuando reciba un pedido de compra de Productos de Red Hat proveniente de un Socio o de un Socio comercial, Red Hat proveerá a estas personas o al Usuario final acceso a la versión descargable de tales productos, según lo indique de manera escrita el Socio comercial o Socio.

  • Usted puede usar sólo los datos Gracenote mediante las funciones para el Usuario final de este software de aplicación.

  • El Socio debe pagar todas las sumas pagaderas a Red Hat transcurridos los treinta (30) días a partir de la fecha de facturación, sin tener en cuenta cuándo el Socio cobra el pago del Usuario final, y si esto le corresponde.

  • En la medida en que lo permita la ley vigente, el Socio puede cumplir con esta obligación incluyendo un enlace URL al Contrato empresarial en el contrato del Socio o en otra documentación de compra celebrada con el Usuario final, o, como alternativa, exigiendo al Usuario final que firme una copia impresa del Contrato empresarial.

  • ANEXO "A" Se aplicarán a este Contrato las siguientes definiciones: "Usuario final autorizado": a) el Cliente, si éste es una persona; o b) si el Cliente son los empleados o los contratistas de una empresa Cliente que trabajen en nombre de ésta y solo mientras dure la prestación de los servicios al Cliente a quien se ha concedido una licencia de Software, los cuales han sido autorizados por el Cliente para utilizar el Software de conformidad con lo dispuesto en este Contrato.
