User Requirements definition

User Requirements means requirements for access and participation as contemplated in section 55(1)(g) of the Act.
User Requirements means the business, technical, operational and transitional capabilities, restrictions and features to be provided by the IT systems of the respective NCB or of the ECB and which can be grouped under two main categories, i.e. functional requirements (user, legal and regulatory) and non-functional requirements (architecture, security, operational and technical);

User Requirements means the technical design requirements, system requirements, business requirements and operational requirements of the User and Operator Groups; and
User Requirements means the characteristics, qualifications or other items specified by the Agency for a Role in Column B of all tables in Schedule 2 of this MOU and in Column B of each table in Schedule 2 of all IDSAs the Agency has entered into. User Quota means the total number of the Agency’s Users that may access a Data Source as specified in: each table in Schedule 2—User Quotas, Roles and User-level Access Permissions and each table in Schedule 2 of all IDSAs the Agency has entered into.

  • OHS Requirements means all Laws applicable to the Supply and related to occupational health or safety, and all of the City Policies that relate to occupational health or safety, and includes without limitation the WCA;
