User Personnel definition

User Personnel means those persons who are engaged by a User, in so far as such persons carry out, or are authorised to carry out, any activity in relation to the business of the User in the exercise of rights and compliance with obligations under this Code. User Privacy Self- Assessment has the meaning given to that expression in Section I2.12 (Categories of Assessment). User Privacy Self- Assessment Report has the meaning given to that expression in Section I2.24 (The User Privacy Self-Assessment Report).

User Personnel is defined as physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, and necessary support staff that are employed by the User, assigned and providing services in the User’s facility. Any User Personnel before being granted access to the EMR must be a credentialed employee of the User, not a locum tenens or other temporary personnel, or member of the User medical staff who is not also employed by the User.

Examples of User Personnel in a sentence

  • User shall compensate Center for all purchases, materials, training, costs and lab fees incurred by User Personnel in their use of Center.

  • User agrees that access to data shall be limited solely to Authorized User Personnel, who shall be made aware of and agree to comply with the terms of this DUA by signing onto this DUA.

  • The User agrees to maintain documentation that all Authorized User Personnel working with said PHI have completed the Collaborative IRB Training Initiative (CITI) web-based training package on issues relating to human subjects research.

Related to User Personnel

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Vendor Personnel means employees, agents, independent contractors, or any other staff or personnel acting on behalf of or at the direction of Vendor or any Vendor Contractor performing or providing Services or Deliverables under this Agreement.

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • Local Personnel means such professionals and support staff who at the time of being so provided had their domicile inside the Government’s country.

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Consultant or by any Subconsultant as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part thereof;

  • School personnel means professional employee or professional’s delegate of the school district who provides health, educational, social, psychological, law enforcement, or child care services.

  • Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under subparagraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:

  • Support personnel means the staffs that support the Key Personnel.

  • Relevant Personnel means the Data Processor’s employees, agents and personnel and such other personnel of the Data Controller as may be approved in writing by the Data Controller from time to time in respect of access to the Personal Data;

  • Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.

  • Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;

  • Qualified personnel means personnel who meet the statutory or regulatory qualifications for each respective profession currently applicable in this state.

  • Covered Personnel means any Person who is or was an employee, consultant or independent contractor of the Covered Parties as of the date of the relevant act prohibited by this Section 2(a) or during the one (1) year period preceding such date.

  • Expatriate Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile outside India;

  • Customer Personal Data means the personal data contained within the Customer Data.

  • Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.

  • Subcontractor employee, as used in this clause, means any officer, partner, employee, or agent of a subcontractor.

  • Specified Personnel means the personnel specified in the Contract to provide the Services.
