User Permit definition

User Permit means a Nondomestic User Permit or a General User Permit.

User Permit means a Nondomestic User Permit or a General User Permit issued by the POTW Superintendent to a User to control discharges to the POTW and/or to ensure compliance with applicable pretreatment standards and requirements as provided by this Ordinance and other applicable laws and regulations.
User Permit means a document issued by the POTW to the User that permits the connection and/or introduction of wastes into the treatment works under the provisions of this Ordinance.

  • Operating Permit means a permit issued pursuant to section 10 of this local law. The term “Operating Permit” shall also include an Operating Permit which is renewed, amended or extended pursuant to any provision of this local law.
