Examples of User Permit in a sentence

  • Any discharge at a flow rate or concentration which has a reasonable potential to cause Interference or Pass-Through, or in any other way violates the POTW’s regulations, local limits, or Industrial User Permit conditions.

  • A separate application and supporting documentation shall be submitted for each separate location for which a User Permit is required.

Related to User Permit

  • Operating Permit means a permit issued pursuant to section 10 of this local law. The term “Operating Permit” shall also include an Operating Permit which is renewed, amended or extended pursuant to any provision of this local law.
