User Permissions definition

User Permissions means the roles, responsibilities, access, and entitlements given to a User in connection with this Service.
User Permissions means the permissions relevant to an Authorised User as set by the Customer, or by an Administrator acting on behalf of the Customer, setting the level of access to the Registered Accounts of the Customer and the authorities of that Authorised User in relation to such Registered Accounts, when using our Corporate Internet Services.
User Permissions means the authorization given to users within a HubSpot portal that enables them to access specific resources, such as data and applications. “We”, “us”, “our”, and “HubSpot” means HubSpot, Inc.

User Permissions means the authorization given to users within a Captis portal that enables them to access specific resources, such as data and applications.

Related to User Permissions

  • Planning Permission means any permission, consent or approval given under the Planning Acts;

  • Supervisory Permission means, in relation to any action, such supervisory permission (or, as appropriate, waiver) from the Regulator and/or the Relevant Resolution Authority as is required therefor under Applicable Banking Regulations.

  • Applicable Permits means all clearances, licences, permits, authorisations, no objection certificates, consents, approvals and exemptions required to be obtained or maintained under Applicable Laws in connection with the construction, operation and maintenance of the Project Highway during the subsistence of this Agreement;

  • Company Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).

  • Third Party Content means all software, data, text, images, audio, video, photographs and other content and material, in any format, that are obtained or derived from third party sources outside of Oracle that You may access through, within, or in conjunction with Your use of, the Services.   • Inbound Licenses means, collectively, any Contract (including covenants not to xxx) or other permission pursuant to which Seller is authorized or otherwise permitted to access or exploit any other Person’s IP, or any Contract pursuant to which Seller obtains a right to access or exploit a Person’s IP in the form of commercially available object code software or services, such as a software as a services Contract or a cloud services Contract.

  • Transferable Permits means those Permits and Environmental Permits identified in Schedule 1.1(173), which may be transferred to Buyer without a filing with, notice to, consent or approval of any Governmental Authority.

  • Governmental Approvals means all authorizations, consents, approvals, licenses and exemptions of, registrations and filings with, and reports to, all Governmental Authorities.

  • General permit means a Permit which covers multiple dischargers of a point source category within a designated geographical area, in lieu of individual Permits being issued to each discharger.

  • Government Authorizations means all such approvals, consents, authorizations, acknowledgements, licenses or permits required to be issued by any Government Authority to the Company for the establishment of the Company or to the Company or the Contractors for the construction, financing, ownership, operation, and maintenance of the Facility by the Company or the Contractors, including, without limitation, those Government Authorizations listed in Schedule 1;
