Contractor shall cooperate with the City Engineer to register and obtain any and all necessary National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permits required by USEPA or the Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM) as well as any applicable storm water permits or registration for the construction of the improvements specified in the Contract.
