Use Policies means the policies or additional terms that are incorporated in this SLSA and apply to the provision of certain Services as identified herein and in the Matrix.

Use Policies means the Privacy Policy, acceptable use policy and other conditions and policies relating to the Masterclass published by Energy Edge or notified by Energy Edge to the Participant or the Customer.

  • Customer must ensure that its End Users comply with the Use Policies.

  • Upon request of a third party, Leaseweb shall be entitled to disclose identifying Customer information to said party in connection with a (suspected) breach of the Leaseweb Acceptable Use Policies to the extent required by law (such to be determined in Leaseweb’s discretion).

Use Policies means the Precision Infocomm Use Policies attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Related to Use Policies

  • Fair Use Policy means the fair use policy governing the Support Services attached in Exhibit 1, as may be amended by WSP from time to time.

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • City Policies means any or all (as the context requires) of those procedures, standards and/or standard specifications, requirements, policies and the like listed in Schedule H or notified to the Supplier from time to time, as the same may be updated, modified, expanded, revised, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time by the City (as notified to the Supplier);

  • Privacy Policies has the meaning specified in Section 4.14(e).

  • D&O Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.06.

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • D&O Liability Insurance Policies means all insurance policies (including any “tail policy”) of any of the Debtors for liability of any current or former directors, managers, officers, and members.

  • Investment Policies has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.11(c).
