Use of Service Areas. The service areas, as located within the Project, shall be ear- marked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, Pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, firefighting pumps and equipment etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association for rendering maintenance services.
Use of Service Areas. The Service Areas, if any, located within the Said Project shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, firefighting pumps and equipments etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

The service areas, if any, as located within the Complex, shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment’s etc.and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans or requirement of the Project. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces or specifically sanctioned and allotted for that sanctioned purpose to any Allottee, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the allottees for rendering maintenance services.

The service areas if any located within BCT Residency shall be ear-marked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to, transformer, DG set, underground water tanks, Pump room, firefighting pumps and equipment etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of Allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

The service areas, if any, as located within the said Project Khushi, shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, firefighting pumps and equipment (as per availability in the said Project), etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association of Allottee formed by the Allottee for rendering maintenance services.

The PURCHASER/S shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of PURCHASER/S formed by the PURCHASER/S for rendering maintenance services.

The service areas, if any, as located within the said Residential Complex, shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the service areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of Co-owners/Allottee formed by the co-owners/Allottee for rendering maintenance services.
Use of Service Areas. The basement(s) and service area, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks. Pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted to uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottee for rendering maintenance services.
Use of Service Areas. The service areas if any located within Xxxxxxx Serenity shall be ear-marked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to DG set, underground water tanks, service room in premises No. 358/1 Xxxxxxxx Garden, etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of Allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.
Use of Service Areas. The service areas if any located within the Project Land may be ear-marked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to STP, transformer, compactor, DG set, underground water tanks, Pump rooms, firefighting pumps and equipments etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans and such areas can be shifted to any other place in the Project at the sole discretion of the Promoter. The Purchaser shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the service areas shall be reserved for use by the Association formed by the co-owners for rendering maintenance services
