USE OF EMPLOYER FACILITIES. 8.01 Reasonable space on bulletin boards will be made available to the Alliance for the posting of official notices, in convenient locations determined by the Employer and the Alliance. Upon request to the responsible official in charge of a work location, the Union may use Employer’s premises for meetings, consistent with this contract, but such meetings may only be held during employee’s lunch hours and non-working hours, subject to availability of appropriate space, and must not unreasonably interfere with Employer business. Such notice should be at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance, when possible.

Permission to enter the premises shall, in each case, be obtained from the Employer. Representatives granted entry shall follow established security procedures.
