Use Limits definition

Use Limits means numeric limits on technical aspects of the Service, such as amount of data storage space and visitors per Billing Period.
Use Limits means any limitations, including any maximum permitted use metrics relating to the maximum number of Device Agents, maximum number of End User Devices and maximum number of users of the Impero Platform, placed on the use of the Services by Impero as set out in the Order.

More Definitions of Use Limits

Use Limits means any numerical limits on the units of measure referenced in the Apollo Service interface, on the Self-Service Order, or otherwise provided by Apollo, including but not limited to the number of authorized Users or certain traffic processed by the Apollo Service or any other Apollo Technology in use by Customer (whether procured under this Agreement, under an earlier agreement with Apollo, or as an open-source component).
Use Limits means, as applicable, any numerical limits or restrictions on the units of measure referenced in an Order or as set forth in the Self- Service Product interface. For clarity, if you create or use multiple accounts (whether directly or indirectly via affiliated companies and subsidiaries), Apollo reserves the right to aggregate all usage for purposes of determining Use Limit overages.
Use Limits means the maximum use of the Software under the Subscription, which may be expressed in Seats, Instances, or Business Unit, set forth in the Order Form. “Lines of Code” means executable source code not including comments or blank spaces. “Build” means any type of analysis that Code Climate runs in response to user input, webhooks, or automated tasks.
Use Limits. All Rental rates are for normal use of the Rented Item(s) on a single-shift basis during the Term, and (unless otherwise agreed by FTR), not exceeding 8 hours per Rental Day, 40 hours per 7-Rental Day period, 160 hours per 28-Rental Day period (zero hours for any uncharged-for periods), and otherwise in accordance with the terms hereof and the “Instructions” described in Section 8. Additional Rent (at our highest incremental rate, unless otherwise agreed in writing by FTR) will be due for late returns and overuse. No allowance will be made for time in transit, severe weather, shipping delays, or any other period(s) of nonuse. Payments: The Rent for each Rental will be estimated by FTR based on the Item(s) you request and your estimate of the length of the Term (the “Estimated Rent”). You agree: (i) to pay us: (A) the anticipated or Estimated Rent specified in/on the applicable Invoice; and (B) all other or additional amounts coming due hereunder (including without limitation, all other charges set forth herein, and/or specified in/on the applicable Invoice): (I) not later than: (a) the date(s) for such payment(s) set forth in the applicable Invoice(s); or (b) on the date(s) separately agreed upon in writing by you and FTR; or (II) if any of such payment terms have not been so agreed upon in writing by FTR, upon demand by FTR; and (ii) that: (A) FTR may deduct any amount you owe FTR from any such payment(s); and (B) no such payment(s) will be deemed a limit of your liability arising hereunder or in connection herewith, irrespective of any endorsement or notation included on or with any payment made to FTR (even if signed and/or negotiated by FTR).
Use Limits means any numerical limits on units of measure referenced in the Order, including but not limited to the number of authorized Users or certain traffic (operations) processed by the Service or any other Apollo Technology in use by Customer (whether procured hereunder or any other agreement with Xxxxxx or as an open-source component).
Use Limits means any numerical limits on the pages that Customer submits through the Hyperscience Platform included in the applicable Order Form.
Use Limits means any numerical limits on the units of measure referenced in the StepZen Service dashboard, on the Order, or otherwise provided by StepZen, including but not limited to the number of authorized Users or certain traffic processed by the StepZen Service in use by Customer (whether procured under this Agreement or under an earlier agreement with StepZen).
