Usage Metrics definition

Usage Metrics means the quantitative limitations and units of measure, along with any other grants of or restrictions on use, applicable to the Subscription Services delivered to Customer, as set forth in an Order Form.
Usage Metrics means the standard of measurement for determining the permitted use and calculating the fees due for the Service as set forth in an Order Form.

Examples of Usage Metrics in a sentence

  • Such Usage Metrics may include number of Authorized Users, number of sites,or other use metrics as set forth in the Order Form.

  • Except as specified below, the Usage Metrics for the Cloud Service are GMV and Orders, as specified in the Order Form.

  • If additional Usage Metrics are purchased by Customer part-way through the Initial Term or a Renewal Term (as applicable), the Charges payable shall be pro-rated from the date of purchase for the remainder of the Initial Term or Renewed Term (as applicable).

More Definitions of Usage Metrics

Usage Metrics means information and data for determining and measuring Use of, and calculating the fees due for, a Product or a Service;
Usage Metrics means data and information related to Customer’s use of WorkFusion Technology. Usage Metrics include but are not limited to UOMs consumed, performance metrics, type of automation processes run, components usage (e.g. Control Tower, WorkSpace, Analytics, etc.), Add Ons, type of classifiers, number of pages processed per processing source (e.g. ABBYY), anonymized model accuracy validation, user navigations, error tracking, system scaling, process volumes, type and number of servers used, percentage of CPUs used, number of transactions, and whether the use is for production, development or test/QA.
Usage Metrics means any user, account, device, or other product-specific licensed capacity or usage metrics for the applicable F5 Services.

For Subscription Services that are specifically designed to allow Customer’s clients, agents, customers, suppliers or other third parties to access the Subscription Services to interact with Customer, such third parties will be considered “Users” subject to the terms of this Agreement and the applicable Ordering Document.
