Usage Limits means usage of the system may be limited by Apps/Modules, Worker, User or Contractor or as specified in the relevant Order form.

If Customer exceeds the Usage Limits, Vasion may work with Customer to seek to reduce Customer’s usage so that it conforms to the Usage Limits.
