Usage Data definition

Usage Data means data and information about the provision, use, and performance of the Product and related offerings based on Customer’s or User’s use of the Product.
Usage Data has the meaning set out in the Data Processing Addendum.
Usage Data means usage and operations data in connection with Your use of the Service, including query logs and metadata (e.g., object definitions and properties).

Examples of Usage Data in a sentence

  • If Chevron Energy Solutions requests, Manhattan Beach USD will provide to Chevron Energy Solutions, within thirty (30) calendar days after such request, Manhattan Beach USD’s Energy Usage Data for the twelve (12) months preceding the Contract Effective Date, and will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Energy Usage Data for the thirty-six (36) months preceding the Contract Effective Date.

  • Not later than forty-five (45) business days after the Effective Date, GTE and AT&T will begin the process of developing procedures to handle requests from law enforcement agencies for service termination, wire taps and provisions of Customer Usage Data pursuant to a lawful process as well as procedures to handle AT&T Customer complaints concerning harassing or annoying calls.

  • To the extent any rights in the Services, Documentation or Usage Data vest in Customer, Customer hereby unconditionally andirrevocably assigns to Iron Mountain any and all suchrights, title and/or interest including Intellectual Property Rights relating thereto.

  • Usage Data: information concerning the Client’s usage of the System.


More Definitions of Usage Data

Usage Data means data collected about the User’s use of the Service. For example, how often the User accesses a to do list, or what photo(s) they favorite.
Usage Data means all metadata and navigational, transactional, computer (e.g., IP address and browser), statistical, analytical, and similar data collected, generated, or derived from the use of the Services by Customer or its Subsidiaries or on their behalf.
Usage Data means statistical data, analytics, trends and usage information derived from each Circuit User’s use of Circuit. Usage Data includes, by example and without limitation, aggregated quantitative information about number of active users, IP-address from where the Circuit User logs in, activity of the Circuit User, used bandwidth, storage space or CPU capacity.
Usage Data means any diagnostic and usage-related information from the use, performance and operation of the InSight Services, including, but not limited to, type of browser, Service features, and systems that are used and/or accessed, and system and Service performance- related data.
Usage Data means queries, logs, and other information about Customer’s or a User’s use of the Services, excluding Content.
Usage Data means such data or information as Bentley may collect relating to Subscriber’s installation, access or use of Products, Product features and functionality, Cloud Offerings (as defined in Exhibit F, Section 1(d)), Passports, Online SELECT and other Bentley services.
