Usable Square Feet definition

Usable Square Feet means the usable office area or the area where a tenant normally houses personnel and/or furniture, for which a measurement is to be computed.”
Usable Square Feet as used in Exhibit "C" with respect to the ----------- Premises will be deemed to include the usable area of the Premises as determined in accordance with the BOMA Standard.
Usable Square Feet means, with respect to each Phase shall mean the square feet indicated in Section 1.1(a) below. THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS:

Usable Square Feet means actual inside dimensions and shall not include public corridors, stairwells, elevators, and restrooms.

If Landlord does not terminate the lease, Landlord must within thirty (30) days of the destruction notify Tenant, in writing, of the time period in which restoration will be complete. If the Premises are partially or totally destroyed, Tenant may terminate this Lease by giving written notice within thirty (30) days after any of the following: if it is determined Landlord cannot restore to substantially the same condition as before destruction; if Tenant is notified that such restoration period will be more than 120 days; if restoration extends beyond the time period for completion as contained in the notification to Tenant unless such extension is due to a delay and for the time period as set forth in Article 9.
Usable Square Feet the amount of square footage in the Leased Premises actually available to Tenant for Tenant’s use. Rentable Square Foot and Usable Square Foot shall have the correlative means to the definitions above. Notwithstanding that the First Floor Access Areas (defined below) can be used by other tenants in the Building, the First Floor Access Areas will be included as Rentable Square Feet of the Leased Premises for purposes of this Lease.
Usable Square Feet means Usable Area as determined in accordance with BOMA.
