U.S. Swingline Loan definition

U.S. Swingline Loan means a Loan made pursuant to Section 2.04 as a “U.S. Swingline Loan.”
U.S. Swingline Loan shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.17(a).
U.S. Swingline Loan means a Swingline Loan made to the Company.

  • Each U.S. Swingline Loan shall be subject to all the terms and conditions applicable to other ABRBase Rate Loans funded by the Lenders, except that all payments thereon shall be payable to the U.S. Swingline Lender solely for its own account.

More Definitions of U.S. Swingline Loan

U.S. Swingline Loan means any Loan made by the Swingline Lender pursuant to Section 2.12.
