US Notes definition

US Notes means generally the Notes which are not Reg S Notes and in relation to an Issuer the Notes issued by that Issuer which are not Reg S Notes;
US Notes shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
US Notes has the meaning given such term in Section 2.1(a) hereof.

More Definitions of US Notes

US Notes means, collectively, the 2019 Notes, the 2021 Notes, the 2026 Notes and the 2046 Notes;
US Notes means any promissory note of US Borrower payable to a US Lender evidencing the US Revolving Loans or Swingline Loans issued pursuant to this Agreement, if any, substantially in the form of Exhibit F-1 or F-2.
US Notes means the US Tranche A Notes and the US Tranche A1 Notes.
US Notes means each promissory note issued or to be issued pursuant to the terms of the US Facility Agreements.
US Notes means each Series and Class of Listed Notes which is registered with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission under the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended;
US Notes means the Notes of the U.S. Borrower evidencing the U.S. Loans, in the form of Exhibit 1.01F.
