U.S. Guarantor definition

U.S. Guarantor means a Guarantor whose jurisdiction of organisation is a state of the United States of America or the District of Columbia.
U.S. Guarantor means each Guarantor that is a Domestic Subsidiary.
U.S. Guarantor means a Guarantor incorporated or organized under the laws of the United States, any state thereof or the District of Columbia.

U.S. Guarantor means each US Subsidiary that constitutes a Guarantor.
