US DOLLAR NOTE REGISTRAR definition

US DOLLAR NOTE REGISTRAR means The Bank of New York or if The Bank of New York resigns or its appointment is terminated as note registrar in respect of the Class A-1 Notes, the person from time to time appointed in its place to perform the functions of such note registrar under this Agreement.
