Upgrade Version definition

Upgrade Version means the Licensed Software comprising of Licensed Program and/or the Licensed Information to which updating, enhancements, corrections, additions of BUG patches or other changes have been made. The exterior form of the Update Version is reflected by changes to the version numbers. For an example, in the version number 2.1.3, a change in the first number from left to right means the occurrence of a bigger version of the software, a change in the second number means substantial improvements to the software performance, and a change in the third number means slight improvements to the software performance.
Upgrade Version. (capitalized) means an upgrade version of the System. Any copy of an Upgrade Version provided by Contractor will be deemed to be a Licensed Copy.
Upgrade Version means an online game which is developed by Licensor as a subsequent version (not a sequel) of the Licensed Program which uses the same title with the Licensed Program.

More Definitions of Upgrade Version

Upgrade Version means a new version of the Localized Game that contains patches, upgrades, enhancements and/or new functionality not contained in the prior version of the Localized Game.
Upgrade Version means a version of the Licensed Software that incorporates additional capability or functionality and that is distributed to Licensee without charge. Any copy of an Upgrade Version provided by Licensor will be deemed to be Licensed Software.

  • Software means computer programs, whether in source code or object code form (including any and all software implementation of algorithms, models and methodologies), databases and compilations (including any and all data and collections of data), and all documentation (including user manuals and training materials) related to the foregoing.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).
