Upgrade Fee definition

Upgrade Fee means the upgrade fee to be paid by the Member to the Company upon the Member’s application for the Membership upgrade to the class of the Elite Ultimate Privilege Membership, which is to be discussed more particularly in detail in Clause 5.4; and
Upgrade Fee means the one-time upgrade fee to be paid, together with the Additional Membership Fee (Upgrade), by the Member to the Company upon the Member’s Notice of Manifestation (Upgrade) for the Upgraded Membership to the class of the Reserve Membership (Invitation only), which is to be discussed more particularly in detail in Clause 5.5;
Upgrade Fee has the meaning set out in Exhibits 11 and 12 hereof.

Examples of Upgrade Fee in a sentence

  • The Company’s approval, and receipt of the Upgrade Fee, shall be conditions precedent for the Elite Ultimate Privilege Membership Agreement.

  • The Upgrade Fee payable by the Member to the Company upon application shall be THB 1,500,000 (one million and five hundred thousand Baht only) exclusive of value added tax (calculated at the rate applicable at the time of application), or an equivalent amount in USD pursuant to the Exchange rate which will be notified by the Company or the Sales Agent (as the case may be) to the applicant/the Member.

  • Future upgrades will be made available to licensees who have authorized the SOFTWARE with MAKEMUSIC and paid an Upgrade Fee.

  • The Upgrade Fee for the Elite Superiority Extension Membership payable by the Member to Company upon application shall be THB 400,000 (four hundred thousand Baht only) inclusive of value added tax.

  • An Early Device Upgrade Fee applies as follow: • For customers who have completed between 6-11 months of their contract: $500 to $1000 depending on the handset model taken upon the previous sign up / recontract.


More Definitions of Upgrade Fee

Upgrade Fee means the fee payable by a customer in exchange with an Upgrade.
