Upgrade Customer definition

Upgrade Customer means a customer that submits an Upgrade Request pursuant to Section 7.8 of Schedule 1 of the Operating Agreement. Upgrade-Related Rights:

  • Upon completion of the Upgrade Feasibility Study, the Transmission Provider shall tender to the affected Upgrade Customer a System Impact Study Agreement.

  • Related Supplier means any person who provides services to the Customer which are related to the Services from time to time;
