Upfront Premium definition

Upfront Premium means an amount of Rupees Twenty four (24) lakhs to be paid by the Successful Bidder to the Nodal Agency within a period of sixty (60)days from the date of issuance of LOA, as mentioned in Clause 2.4.3;
