Updated Report definition

Updated Report has the meaning given in clause 5.1(cc).
Updated Report shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.7.
Updated Report has the meaning ascribed to such term in Clause 7.6 (e) (Testing) of this Deed.

  • Receiving report means the data required by the clause at 252.246-7000, Material Inspection and Receiving Report.

  • Annual Statement means that statement required by Iowa Code section 508.11 to be filed annually by the company with the office of the commissioner.
