Up Trust definition

Examples of Up Trust in a sentence

  • The Master Trust hereby directs the Depositor to issue the portion of the Class A Certificate referenced in the immediately preceding sentence in the name of the True Up Trust, as a distribution from the Master Trust to the True Up Trust, as the sole equityholder of the Master Trust.

  • In addition, from time to time, the True Up Trust, as the Class A Certificateholder may, at its sole option, make a capital contribution to the Issuer and deposit amounts into the Acquisition Account.

  • Liquidating Trust Agreement means an agreement evidencing the terms and provisions governing a Liquidating Trust that shall be entered into prior to the establishment of such Liquidating Trust and pursuant to which a Liquidating Trustee shall manage and administer Liquidating Trust Assets.

  • Trust Agreement means this Amended and Restated Trust Agreement, as the same may be modified, amended or supplemented in accordance with the applicable provisions hereof, including all exhibits hereto, including, for all purposes of this Trust Agreement and any such modification, amendment or supplement, the provisions of the Trust Indenture Act that are deemed to be a part of and govern this Trust Agreement and any such modification, amendment or supplement, respectively.

  • Liquidating Trust Assets means the assets of a Debtor or Debtor-Controlled Entity to be transferred to a Liquidating Trust as may be determined by the Plan Administrator, which shall be described in a Liquidating Trust Agreement.
