Unwinding Amount definition

Unwinding Amount means, for the early termination of a Conversion: (a) an amount payable by the Borrower to the Bank equal to the net aggregate amount payable by the Bank under transactions undertaken by the Bank to terminate the Conversion, or if no such transactions are undertaken, an amount determined by the Bank on the basis of the Screen Rate, to represent the equivalent of such net aggregate amount; or (b) an amount payable by the Bank to the Borrower equal to the net aggregate amount receivable by the Bank under transactions undertaken by the Bank to terminate the Conversion, or if no such transactions are undertaken, an amount determined by the Bank on the basis of the Screen Rate, to represent the equivalent of such net aggregate amount.
Unwinding Amount means, for the early termination of a Conversion:
Unwinding Amount means, in respect of the early termination of a Conversion: (i) an amount payable by the Borrower to ADB equal to the net aggregate amount payable by ADB under transactions undertaken by ADB to terminate said Conversion, or if no such transactions are undertaken, an amount determined by ADB on the basis of the Screen Rate, to represent the equivalent of such net aggregate amount; or (ii) an amount payable by ADB to the Borrower equal to the net aggregate amount receivable by ADB under transactions undertaken by ADB to terminate said Conversion, or if no such transactions are undertaken, an amount determined by ADB on the basis of the Screen Rate, to represent the equivalent of such net aggregate amount.

Examples of Unwinding Amount in a sentence

  • Transaction fees provided for under this paragraph and any Unwinding Amount payable by the Borrower pursuant to this paragraph shall be paid not later than sixty days after the date of prepayment.

More Definitions of Unwinding Amount

Unwinding Amount means, for the early termination of a Conversion: (a) an amount payable by the Recipient to the Association equal to the net aggregate amount payable by the Association under transactions undertaken by the Association to terminate the Conversion, or if no such transactions are undertaken, an amount determined by the Association on the basis of the Screen Rate, to represent the equivalent of such net aggregate amount; or (b) an amount payable by the Association to the Recipient equal to the net aggregate amount receivable by the Association under transactions undertaken by the Association to terminate the Conversion, or if no such transactions are undertaken, an amount determined by the Association on the basis of the Screen Rate, to represent the equivalent of such net aggregate amount.
Unwinding Amount means, in respect of the early termination of the Conversion: (i) an amount payable by the Borrower to JICA, which shall be equal to the net aggregate amount payable by JICA under transaction undertaken by JICA to terminate the Conversion; or (ii) an amount payable by JICA to the Borrower, which shall be equal to the net aggregate amount receivable by JICA under transaction undertaken by JICA to terminate the Conversion.
Unwinding Amount means the aggregate amounts of principal, interest, Call Premium (as defined in the Credit Agreement) and other amounts payable by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.04(b)(v) of the Credit Agreement, certified by the Administrative Agent in the notice required to be delivered under Clause 2.1(c) hereof.

  • Funding Amount has the meaning specified in Section 3.2(a).
