Unvested Option definition

Unvested Option means an Option in respect of which the relevant Vesting Conditions have not been satisfied and as such, the Option Grantee has not become eligible to exercise the Option.
Unvested Option means an Option, which is not a Vested Option.
Unvested Option means an Option that is not a Vested Option.

Examples of Unvested Option in a sentence

  • In the event of separation of the employee from the Company due to reasons of Permanent Incapacity the Option Grantee may Exercise his or her Vested as well as Unvested Option immediately after Permanent Incapacity but in no event later than six months from the date of separation from employment.

More Definitions of Unvested Option

Unvested Option shall refer to the portion of the Option that is not vested at such time.
Unvested Option means, at any time, an Option that is not exercisable at such time;
Unvested Option means, on any date, that part of an Option that has not vested in accordance with these Rules and the Vesting Schedule.
