All reports of unsafe equipment or job conditions shall be brought to the attention of the immediate supervisor by filling the Unusual Incident Report.
In cases of discharge resulting from a substantiated Major Unusual Incident (“MUI”) for abuse or neglect, this shall be the final step of the grievance procedure, and the mediated resolution shall be final and binding upon the Employer, the Association and the Employee.
