Unsecured Notes Documents definition

Unsecured Notes Documents means the Unsecured Notes, the indenture with respect to the Unsecured Notes and all other documents in respect of the Unsecured Notes (in each case as may be replaced, refinanced, amended, amended and restated, modified, supplemented, substituted, extended, renewed or restated from time to time).

Unsecured Notes Documents means, as applicable, both individually and collectively, any Unsecured Notes and any related Unsecured Notes Indenture.

Unsecured Notes Documents means, collectively, the Unsecured Notes Indenture, the Unsecured Notes and all agreements, documents and instruments executed or delivered in connection with any of the foregoing.

Examples of Unsecured Notes Documents in a sentence

• The Reorganized Debtors shall issue the New Unsecured Notes on the Effective Date, on terms set forth in the New Unsecured Notes Documents.

• Promptly, but in any event within five (5) Business Days after the execution thereof, copies of any amendment, modification or supplement to any of the Senior Unsecured Notes Documents or the Organizational Documents of the Borrower or any Subsidiary.

Unsecured Notes Documents means, collectively, the Unsecured Notes, the Unsecured Notes Indenture, and all other agreements, documents, and instruments delivered or entered into in connection therewith (including any guarantee agreements, pledge and collateral agreements, intercreditor agreements, and other security documents).

Unsecured Notes Documents means the Unsecured Notes Indenture and all other documents executed and delivered with respect to the Unsecured Notes or the Unsecured Notes Indenture, as the same may be amended, amended and restated, modified, supplemented, extended or renewed from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.

Unsecured Notes Documents means, collectively, (i) the 5.500% Unsecured Note Documents; (ii) the 6.000% Unsecured Note Documents; (iii) the 6.250% Unsecured Note Documents; and (iv) the 7.125% Unsecured Note Documents.

Unsecured Notes Documents means the Unsecured 2020 Senior Notes Indenture and the Unsecured 2021 Senior Notes Indenture, and any other documentation evidencing the obligations due under the Unsecured Notes.

Unsecured Notes Documents means, collectively, the Unsecured Notes, the Unsecured Notes Indenture, and all agreements, contracts, instruments, and documents executed in connection therewith, in each case as such agreement, contract, instrument, or document may be amended, modified, supplemented, renewed, restated or replaced from time to time.

Unsecured Notes Documents means, collectively, the Unsecured Notes Indentures and all instruments, guaranty agreements, intercreditor agreements, pledges, and other documents with respect to the Unsecured Notes.

Unsecured Notes Documents means that certain Note Purchase Agreement, by and among Borrower and the purchasers named therein, dated October 24, 2017, and the various notes, dated December 20, 2017 entered into pursuant thereto, as amended.
