Examples of Unscheduled Outage in a sentence
Buyer and System Operator shall advise Seller of the periods during which such Unscheduled Outage may be undertaken, such periods to be reasonable in light of Buyer’s requirements for Net Electrical Output and System Operator’s requirements for Ancillary Services and the necessity for the Unscheduled Outage.
Seller shall notify Buyer by telephoning Buyer’s Generation Operations Center no later than ten (10) minutes following the occurrence of an Unscheduled Outage, or if Seller has knowledge that an Unscheduled Outage will occur, within twenty (20) minutes of determining that such Unscheduled Outage will occur.
Seller shall relay outage information to Buyer as required by the Tariff within twenty (20) minutes of the Unscheduled Outage.
The TSP shall use its reasonable endeavours consistent with Prudent Utility Practices to carry out the maintenance in minimum time schedule to address such Unscheduled Outage and bring the Element/Project back in operation.
In the event of an Unscheduled Outage, Buyer shall have the option to inspect any Energy Storage System and all records relating thereto on any Business Day and at a reasonable time and Seller shall reasonably cooperate with Buyer during any such inspection.
