Unsatisfactory Conduct definition

Unsatisfactory Conduct means failure to observe Company policies and procedures.
Unsatisfactory Conduct means any conduct by the Consultant and/or the Employee that constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement or which in the reasonable opinion of the Customer may bring the Product, any Client, or the Customer into disrepute or harm of any kind, or involves any misuse of the Customer’s Facilities or involves accessing, viewing or downloading or sending any material that is pornographic, defamatory or untrue, misleading or deceptive or does any other act or thing which is harmful to the Customer or to any of its Clients or is a serious breach of this Agreement.
Unsatisfactory Conduct means not having attained or sustained a professional standard that is consistent with the standard of practice of patent attorneys.

More Definitions of Unsatisfactory Conduct

Unsatisfactory Conduct means failure by a staff member to act in accordance with any official document of the Court governing rights and obligations of staff members, such as the Staff Regulations and Rules and the Financial Regulations and Rules, or any relevant resolutions and decisions of the ASP, or failure to observe the standards of conduct expected of an international civil servant. Additionally, it means any failure by consultants and contractors to uphold the standards of conduct described in the Staff Rules, Staff Regulations and any relevant issuances related to expected standards of conduct.
Unsatisfactory Conduct means conduct that is not Misconduct or Serious Misconduct within the meaning of Clause 52 - Misconduct but is nevertheless unsatisfactory having regard to the standard of behaviour expected and required of the employee in his or her position.
