Unsafe Act definition

Unsafe Act means any act at variance with the Method Statement that may increase the potential for an Accident
Unsafe Act means unsafe step employed during performing the Work. “Unsafe Act” adalah suatu tindakan yang tidak aman dalam melakukan suatu Pekerjaan.
Unsafe Act. Means not following proper work procedures or the violation of the safety rules. It is what the employee did or failed to do that has or could have resulted in an exposure or accident (There are various factors which influence the employee to act in an unsafe way including mental, emotional, physical, and attitudinal problems).

  • PERUSAHAAN wajib untuk segera memperbaiki setiap Unsafe Act atau Unsafe Condition yang ada walaupun hal itu mengharuskan dihentikannya Pekerjaan.

  • S.A.F.E. Act means the secure and fair enforcement for mortgage licensing act of 2008, Title V of the housing and economic recovery act of 2008 ("HERA"), P.L. 110-289, effective July 30, 2008.

  • Water Act, as used in this clause, means Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.).

  • B-BBEE Act means the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act, 2003;

  • Public Works Act means the Public Works Xxx 0000;

  • HIPAA Regulations means the regulations promulgated under HIPAA by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, including, but not limited to, 45 C.F.R. Part 160 and 45 C.F.R. Part 164.

  • TUPE Regulations means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006, as amended.

  • UCITS Regulations means the European Communities Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities) Regulations, 2011 (S.I. No. 352 of 2011) (as amended consolidated or substituted from time to time) and any regulations or notices issued by the Central Bank pursuant thereto for the time being in force.

  • IT Act means the (Indian) Income-tax Act, 1961, as may be amended or supplemented from time to time together (including any successor provisions or re- enactments thereof) with all applicable bye-laws, rules, regulations, circulars, guidelines, notifications, orders, ordinances, policies, directions and the like issued thereunder, as may be amended or modified from time to time.

  • OHS Act means the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004;

  • Medicare Regulations means, collectively, all Federal statutes (whether set forth in Title XVIII of the Social Security Act or elsewhere) affecting the health insurance program for the aged and disabled established by Title XVIII of the Social Security Act and any statutes succeeding thereto, together with all applicable provisions of all rules, regulations, manuals and orders and administrative, reimbursement and other guidelines having the force of law of all Governmental Authorities (including Health and Human Services (“HHS”), CMS, the Office of the Inspector General for HHS, or any Person succeeding to the functions of any of the foregoing) promulgated pursuant to or in connection with any of the foregoing having the force of law, as each may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • These regulations means 9VAC5-10 (General Definitions) through 9VAC5-80 (Permits for Stationary Sources).
