Unregistered Marks definition

Unregistered Marks means all of the trademarks identified on Exhibit A-3, which exhibit may be amended from time to time as provided herein.
Unregistered Marks has the meaning set out in clause 12.1.4.

Examples of Unregistered Marks in a sentence

  • Seller is the applicant of record for all applications listed on Schedule 1.1B for registration of any Unregistered Marks and no opposition, extension of time to oppose, or final refusal to register has been received in connection with any such application.

  • Each of the Unregistered Marks is, to the knowledge of the Seller, enforceable.
