Unplanned Downtime definition

Unplanned Downtime means any time (i) the Service is not available because of an event or circumstance other than Planned Downtime and (ii) the amount of time required by Conga to resolve or provide a work-around for the failure of any documented feature required to complete a primary function of the Service in accordance with the Product Specifications.
Unplanned Downtime means an instance other than the planned down time in which ordered services are not available to TENDERER.
Unplanned Downtime means any temporary loss of function of the Facilities that is not a Planned Downtime and is not the result of a breach by the Company or its subcontractors of any of its obligations under this Agreement.

  • This SLA sets out Customer’s sole and exclusive remedies with respect to any Unplanned Downtime or outages, downtime, interruptions, or call quality issues with respect to the Ordered SaaS Services or any failure by 8x8 to meet the service levels or commitments set out in this SLA.

  • In the event of Unplanned Downtime in excess of .01% (for VO) or .05% (for VCC) in a calendar month (“Excess Unplanned Downtime”), Customer shall be eligible to receive a credit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of Service Fees incurred by Customer for the Ordered VO/VCC Services for such calendar month, provided that such percentage shall increase to thirty percent (30%) in the event that such Excess Monthly Unplanned Downtime exceeds 1.0% in such calendar month.


More Definitions of Unplanned Downtime

Unplanned Downtime means all of the following:
Unplanned Downtime means the aggregate number of minutes during which the Measured Service was not Available (as defined for the relevant Service Level) during the respective Measurement Period and does not include Excluded Downtime.
