Unpaid Sums definition

Unpaid Sums shall have the meaning assigned to that term in Section 3.02(c) (Default Interest) of this Agreement.

Such amounts of interest will be calculated on the basis of daily compounding and the actual number of days elapsed. The fair market value of any obligation referred to in clause (b) above shall be reasonably determined by the party obliged to make the determination under Section 6(e) or, if each party is so obliged, it shall be the average of the Termination Currency Equivalents of the fair market values reasonably determined by both parties.

  • Additional Sums has the meaning specified in Section 10.6 of the Indenture.

  • Default Interest means interest chargeable in terms of this Agreement to unpaid amounts or outstanding obligations which interest shall be calculated, from the due date until date of payment, on a daily balance and compounded monthly in arrear at an annual rate of two percent (2%) above the prevailing, variable prime rate publicly quoted by ABSA Bank Limited from time to time.

  • Interest Only Loan means a Mortgage Loan which only requires payments of interest for a period of time specified in the related Mortgage Note.

In the event that a portion of a Defaulted Advance shall be deemed made pursuant to Section 2.15(a), the remaining portion of such Defaulted Advance shall be considered a Defaulted Advance originally required to be made pursuant to Section 2.01 on the same date as the Defaulted Advance so deemed made in part.

  • Default Rate of Interest means the rate of interest otherwise payable on the principal of the Securities plus 1% per annum.

  • Outstanding Advances means, with respect to a Receivable and the last day of a Collection Period, the sum of all Advances made as of or prior to such date, minus (1) all payments or collections as of or prior to such date which are specified in Section 4.04(b) and (c) as applied to reimburse all unpaid Advances with respect to such Receivable and (2) all amounts for which the Servicer has deemed to have released all claims for reimbursement of Outstanding Advances pursuant to Section 3.08.

  • Default Interest Rate is two percent above the base lending rate of Barclays Bank PLC, as varied from time to time;
