Unpaid Personal Leave definition

Unpaid Personal Leave. Unpaid leaves of absence may be granted for personal reasons at the County Administrator's discretion.
Unpaid Personal Leave means personal leave as prescribed by the NES for which an Employee does not receive payment.

Examples of Unpaid Personal Leave in a sentence

  • An employee may, in circumstances permitted by the Pension Plan, choose to continue to accrue Pensionable Service (as that term is defined in the Pension Plan) during an Unpaid Personal Leave.

  • After exhausting the FMLA entitlement, an employee must return to work or apply for an Unpaid Personal Leave.

  • During Unpaid Personal Leave, the employee is not considered to be actively working, so contributions are not made to the Parochial Retirement System (PERS).

  • Personal Leave means leave provided for:
