Any dividend payment made on the Class A Shares shall first be credited against the earliest Unpaid Dividends due with respect to such Class A Shares which remains payable.
Except as otherwise provided herein, if at any time the Corporation pays less than the total amount of dividends then accrued and accumulated with respect to the Series A Preferred Shares, such payment shall be made pro rata among the holders thereof based upon the aggregate Series A Unpaid Dividends in respect of the Series A Preferred Shares held by each such holder.
