Unpaid Company Expenses means the Company Expenses that are unpaid as of immediately prior to the Closing.

More Definitions of Unpaid Company Expenses

Unpaid Company Expenses means the Company Expenses that are unpaid as of immediately prior to the Closing. “Unpaid HighCape Expenses” means the HighCape Expenses that are unpaid as of immediately prior to the Closing. “Unpaid HighCape Liabilities” means the HighCape Liabilities as of immediately prior to the Closing.
