Unobstructed access definition

Unobstructed access means the ability of the intended user of the parking space to access and egress to the street at the time that the parking space is required. Amended Sept. 19, 2022Bylaw 22-024
Unobstructed access to a location means that a resident is able to access the location without encountering natural or constructed impediments.
Unobstructed access means access where a resident is able to travel without encountering natural or constructed impediments, as outlined in California Government Code section 65915(p)(2).
