Unlawful definition

Unlawful means not specifically authorized by law.
Unlawful or "Unauthorized Possession" shall mean physical holding or control by a pharmacist, pharmacy technician, or other person, of a controlled substance or other habit forming prescription drug outside the usual and lawful course of employment.
Unlawful means criminal or tortious or both and includes what would be criminal or tortious but for a defense not amounting to justification or privilege.
