Unladen vehicle definition

Unladen vehicle means a vehicle without a driver, or passenger, and unladen, but with its fuel tank full and its normal complement of tools;

Unladen vehicle means a vehicle without driver, crew, passengers and load, but with a full supply of fuel, spare wheel and the tools normally carried.

Unladen vehicle means the mass in running order with an additional mass of maximum 125 kg. This additional mass includes the measuring equipment and a possible second person on the front seat who is responsible for noting the results.
