University Requirements definition

University Requirements means requirements set by the Academic Council for the students which must be completed before students can graduate.
University Requirements means collectively all of, the policies, procedures, and regulations promulgated by University from time to time, pertaining to the use of University’s property generally and to activities taking place on University property, including, without limitation, those relating to health, safety, and traffic enforcement, the Fair Wage Plan, the Prevailing Wage Guidelines (including the requirements of the California Labor Code governing public works as set forth in Labor Code Sections 1720 et seq and 1770 et seq), the Seismic Safety Policy, the Policy on Sustainable Practices, the Administrative Procedures, and Chapter 4 of Volume 3 of University’s Facility Manual.

  • Safety Requirements means Prudent Electrical Practices, CPUC General Order No. 167, Contractor Safety Program Requirements, and all applicable requirements of Law, PG&E, the Utility Distribution Company, the Transmission Provider, Governmental Approvals, the CAISO, CARB, NERC and WECC.

  • Federal safety requirements means applicable provisions of 49 U.S.C. § 30101 et seq. and all

  • Privacy Requirements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.19.

  • Privacy and Security Requirements means (a) all Privacy Laws; (b) all applicable Privacy Contracts, and (c) all applicable Privacy Policies.

  • OHS Requirements means all Laws applicable to the Supply and related to occupational health or safety, and all of the City Policies that relate to occupational health or safety, and includes without limitation the WCA;

  • Security Requirement means the amount in Dollars (as certified by the Agent whose certificate shall, in the absence of manifest error, be conclusive and binding on the Borrowers and the Creditors) which is, at any relevant time:

  • Accessibility Standards means accessibility standards and specifications for Texas agency and institution of higher education websites and EIR set forth in 1 TAC Chapter 206 and/or Chapter 213.

  • Eligibility Requirements means, with respect to any Person, that such Person (i) has total assets (in name or under management) in excess of $600,000,000 and (except with respect to a pension advisory firm or similar fiduciary) capital/statutory surplus or shareholder’s equity of $250,000,000 and (ii) is regularly engaged in the business of making or owning commercial real estate loans or operating commercial mortgage properties.

  • Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards means those certain technical requirements and standards applicable to interconnections of generation and/or transmission facilities with the facilities of an Interconnected Transmission Owner or, as the case may be and to the extent applicable, of an Electric Distributor, as published by Transmission Provider in a PJM Manual provided, however, that, with respect to any generation facilities with maximum generating capacity of 2 MW or less (synchronous) or 5 MW or less (inverter-based) for which the Interconnection Customer executes a Construction Service Agreement or Interconnection Service Agreement on or after March 19, 2005, “Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards” shall refer to the “PJM Small Generator Interconnection Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.” All Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards shall be publicly available through postings on Transmission Provider’s internet website.

  • Environmental, Health or Safety Requirements of Law means all Requirements of Law derived from or relating to foreign, federal, state and local laws or regulations relating to or addressing pollution or protection of the environment, or protection of worker health or safety, including, but not limited to, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, 42 U.S.C. § 9601 et seq., the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, 29 U.S.C. § 651 et seq., and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976, 42 U.S.C. § 6901 et seq., in each case including any amendments thereto, any successor statutes, and any regulations or guidance promulgated thereunder, and any state or local equivalent thereof.

  • Data Protection Requirements means all Requirements of Law, to the extent applicable to the items and services provided by the Borrower and each Restricted Subsidiary, relating to the privacy and security of information technology assets and equipment, computers, systems, networks, hardware, software, websites, applications, and databases and personal, personally identifiable, sensitive, confidential or regulated data and, in each case, to the protection thereof from unauthorized use, access, misappropriation or modification.

  • Minimum Requirements means the minimum requirements for available commercial structures.   • Technical Requirements means the Technical Requirements in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Insurance Requirements means all terms of any insurance policy required by this Agreement and all requirements of the issuer of any such policy and all orders, rules and regulations and any other requirements of the National Board of Fire Underwriters (or any other body exercising similar functions) binding upon Landlord, Tenant or the Leased Property.

  • Resource Adequacy Requirements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.

  • Applicable water quality standards means all water quality standards to which a discharge is subject under the federal Clean Water Act and which has been (a) approved or permitted to remain in effect by the Administrator following submission to the Administrator pursuant to Section 303(a) of the Act, or (b) promulgated by the Director pursuant to Section 303(b) or 303(c) of the Act, and standards promulgated under (APCEC) Regulation No. 2, as amended.

  • Eligibility Requirement means all eligibility requirements and other qualification requirements for a person to act in the applicable Corporate Trust Capacity under any Appointment as set forth in the related Corporate Trust Contract, including any required authorizations or licenses from the Federal National Mortgage Association, the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, the Government National Mortgage Association, the Federal Housing Administration, the Federal Home Loan Bank or the Department of Veterans Affairs.
