University Policy means the written regulations of the University, including, but not limited to, this Code, the Student Conduct Standards, the Policy and Procedure Manual, and other published University Policies.
University Policy. "University policy" generally means the written regulations of the university as found in, but not limited to: the code of student conduct; the residence hall handbook; the school of law student handbook; departmental operating manuals; the university web page; university rules; and the undergraduate and graduate bulletins. University policy also includes unwritten policies that are commonly applied and utilized consistent with written policies or in order to carry out the effect of written policies.

University Policy means any provision of the Board of Regents Rules and Regulations, order, or any official university policy/procedure statement, rule, or regulation of the university.

University Policy means the Board of Regents’ Policy and University Regulation in effect on January 1, 2011. Unless otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, any statement within Board of Regents’ Policy or University Regulation which may refer to the right of the University to alter Board of Regents’ Policy or University Regulation notwithstanding, it is the intention of the parties that the Board of Regents’ Policy and University Regulation referenced in this Agreement are those in effect on January 1, 2011. No change in policy, regulation or rule made after the date of this Agreement shall extend or abridge any right established by this Agreement during the period that this Agreement is in force, except through agreement with the Union.
