University Funds definition

University Funds means those funds, regardless of the source, that are administered as part of the regular University budget and under the control, responsibility and authority of the University.
University Funds means all funds controlled by or administered by the University of Denver, including, but not limited to, base operating budget funds, endowment funds, gift funds, grant funds, and investment funds.
University Funds means funds that are owned, held in trust by or for, or administered by the University, regardless of their origin. Such funds include, but are not limited to, University operating funds, Board-restricted funds, investment funds, endowments, amounts received by the University from contracts or grants, including sub-contracts or sub-grants, amounts received by the University from contributions, gifts or awards and any income resulting from them.

University Funds means any monies managed through University systems, regardless of the fund to which the money is allocated.
