Universal Action definition

Universal Action means the lawsuit filed by Universal styled Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company a/s/o Max Friedman and Ellen Friedman, et al., vs. Champlain Towers South Condominium Association, Inc., et al., Case No.: 2022-001944-CA-01, pending in the Court.

Examples of Universal Action in a sentence

  • Each Settling Party and the CTSCA expressly deny that they have violated any duty to, breached any obligation to, committed any fraud on, or otherwise engaged in any wrongdoing with respect to, the Class Representatives, the Settlement Class, any Settlement Class Member, or any Opt Out, and expressly deny the allegations asserted in the Litigation (including Class Action Complaint), the Related Actions, or the Universal Action, and deny any and all liability related thereto.

  • Licensed mental health professional or "LMHP" means a physician, licensed clinical psychologist, licensed professional counselor, licensed clinical social worker, licensed substance abuse treatment practitioner, licensed marriage and family therapist, certified psychiatric clinical nurse specialist, licensed behavior analyst, or licensed psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner.
