UNITS 1 AND 2 INTEREST definition

UNITS 1 AND 2 INTEREST means a collective reference to the undivided interest in Units 1 and 2 and the Related Common Facilities conveyed to the Owner Lessor pursuant to the Bill xx Sale, and shall consist of the Unit 1 Interest and the Unit 2 Interest.

  • Class R-2 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 2.

  • Class A-2 Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Variable Costs means the Train Operator’s costs which vary as a result of a Category 3 Disruption, a Relevant Cancellation or a Relevant Service Variation (as the case may be) arising directly from changes in train mileage including staff, maintenance, fuel or electricity costs, and the Variable Charge.

  • Class R-1 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 1.

  • Payment Ahead means, with respect to a Precomputed Receivable and a Collection Period, any Excess Payment (not representing, when added to any Deferred Prepayment with respect to such Precomputed Receivable, a prepayment in full of such Precomputed Receivable) which the Servicer, in accordance with its customary servicing practices, will apply towards the payment of Scheduled Payments due in one or more future Collection Periods.

  • Deferred Sales Charge Payment Dates means the dates specified for deferred sales fee installments under "Investment Summary--Fees and Expenses" in the Prospectus for the Trust.

  • CPM means a Critical Path method format to be used for the Construction Schedule.
