United States Taxes definition

United States Taxes is defined in Section 23(a).
United States Taxes is defined in Section 14.3(a).
United States Taxes means any Tax imposed by the United States, or any political subdivision of the United States. For the avoidance of doubt, United States Taxes include Federal Income Taxes, State Income Taxes and State Other Taxes.

Each of the Forms referred to in the foregoing clauses (C) and (D) shall include such successor and related forms as may from time to time be adopted by the relevant taxing authorities of the United States of America to document a claim to which such Form relates.
