United States Tax definition

United States Tax has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 6.1.
United States Tax or “United States Taxes” means any Tax imposed by the United States, or any political subdivision of the United States. For the avoidance of doubt, United States Taxes include Federal Income Taxes, State Income Taxes and State Other Taxes.
United States Tax means all Taxes imposed by the United States of America or any State thereof on the taxable income of the Company allocated to any Member, or if such Member is a grantor trust or other disregarded entity, each beneficial owner of such Member, under this Agreement.
