United States contractor means any person, body or corporation ordinarily resident in the United States of America, that, by virtue of a contract with the United States Government, is in Seychelles for the purposes of the Agreement and includes a sub- contractor who is designated as such by United states authorities in consultation with theMinister and whose operations in Seychelles are confined solely to performing work for the purposes of the Agreement;
