Unit Shares definition

Unit Shares means the Common Shares comprising part of the Units;

Unit Shares has the meaning ascribed thereto in the first paragraph of this Agreement;

• Participant agrees not to sell any Restricted Stock Unit Shares at a time when Applicable Laws, Company policies or an agreement between the Company and its underwriters prohibit a sale.
