Unit Register definition

Unit Register means the register of the Partnership for the registration and transfer of Limited Partnership Interests as provided in Section 4.5.
Unit Register shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Article 9.2.1.
Unit Register means the Register of Unit holders to be maintained by the Unit Agent pursuant to the Unit Agreement.

  • Any and all notices to which Participants hereunder may be entitled and any and all communications shall be deemed duly served or given if mailed, postage prepaid, addressed to Participants of record at their last known post office addresses as recorded on the Unit Register provided for in Section 7.1 hereof.

  • Unless otherwise determined by the Trustees, the Unit Register shall be kept by the Administrator which shall serve as the registrar for the Trust.

  • Evidence of Unit Allocation shall be reflected in the Unit Register maintained by or on behalf of the Trust pursuant to Section 7.1 hereof, and the Trust shall not be required to issue certificates as evidence of Unit allocation.

  • Such Unit Register shall be conclusive as to the identity of the Participants to which the Units are allocated.

  • No Participant shall be entitled to receive any distribution, nor to have notices given to it as herein provided, until it was given its appropriate address to such officer or agent of the Trust as shall keep the Unit Register for entry thereon.
